Event Management · Dubai, UAE
Padma Events L.L.C is a licensed, full-service event management company based in Dubai, UAE. From weddings and ceremonies to corporate gatherings and Navratri, Diwali and every festival between, we handle every detail so you can enjoy the moment, not manage it.
About Padma
We plan and manage events across the entire city, not one corner of it. Weddings, corporate launches, private parties, and community festivals all move through the same disciplined process: real venues, vetted vendors, and permits handled correctly the first time.
Our team brings particular depth in large-scale Indian celebrations, including weddings, poojas and festivals such as Navratri, Diwali and Holi, alongside the full range of corporate and private events Dubai, UAE calls for.
What we do
Whatever the scale or the occasion, the same team, process and vendor network carries it through from first idea to final send-off.
Sangeet, mehndi, haldi and the big day itself, styled and sequenced to feel effortless for you and your families.
Product launches, conferences, and company celebrations, run with the precision your brand and guests expect.
Navratri, Diwali, Holi and Kite Festival celebrations built around music, decor and food that feel true to the occasion.
Birthdays, anniversaries and family milestones, planned with the same care as our largest productions.
Griha Pravesh, Satyanarayan Pooja and other ceremonies, with pandit coordination, ritual setup and decor handled end to end.
A glimpse of the work
Our portfolio is growing with every event. Here's the range you can expect across weddings, festivals and corporate celebrations.
How we plan around the year
Dubai, UAE's event calendar runs in cycles. We plan around it, so venues, vendors and permits are locked in months before each season begins.
Dubai, UAE's cooler months carry the heaviest wedding calendar. Venues and dates get locked in early.
Garba nights, live dhol and large-venue setups. Pre-booking begins as early as July.
Community celebrations and corporate Diwali parties, back to back with Navratri season.
Colour runs, pool parties and community events as the wedding season winds down.
How we work
We talk through your vision, guest count, budget and date, and shape the right approach for your event.
Venue, vendors and every required DET, municipality or entertainment permit locked in ahead of time.
We manage every vendor and moving part in the lead-up, so nothing is left to chance closer to the date.
On the day, our team runs the room so you and your guests are free to actually enjoy the event.
